Refund policy

If you do need to make a return or exchange, you're more welcome to do so within 14 days. All returned Items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange. For non-quality problems, buyers need to bear the return postage. Must send a photo of postage receipt 
Please note, if it has been over 14 days from the date you received the item(s), then we are unable to accept your return.
We will accept refunds on items that are damaged when received; please send us a picture of item via our instagram platform @GEKO.CASE and one of our customer service team members will get back to you within 2 working days.


- Contact us via Chat Bot or Instagram to make us aware of your return and reason for return.
- Ensure protective film is on and case is in it's original packaging.
- Enclose your name and order number on a piece of paper inside the package.
- Once posted send us a photograph of your proof of postage receipt with return address clearly visible (this is important). Use instagram DM to send the photo.
- Once the case has been received we can then issue you a refund.
